We are creating a community-based partnership of residents, businesses and property owners who will accept the challenge of working together in a positive manner for the good of all.

Key Issues -

• Transportation - The Keystone/Odessa area has a system of failed roadways, Gunn Highway in particular. We need wider, safer roads with turning lanes at all intersections.
• Safety Issues - We need sidewalks and streetlights in our community.
• Utilities - We need the option to attach to county public water and wastewater systems.
• Schools - We need smaller local schools so our children won’t have to travel over potentially unsafe roads on buses to obtain their education.
• Convenience - It is unreasonable to expect residents to travel inconvenient distances to shop at a major grocery store or to pick up a prescription.
• Property Rights - We should have the right to choose the type of fencing that we want on our property or the type of roof that we want on our homes or businesses.
• Community Character - We want to retain Keystone’s historical flavor while  allowing opportunity for improving quality of life.
• Jobs – A key component of quality of life is jobs. Without jobs, it is hard to have a nice quality of life.
